Since joining the SFL in 2001, North Hobart's players have adapted to life in the new league and the club has been well represented in SFL honours.

2007 Bibby Shield Winner

The club was the proud winner of the Bibby Shield for best club overall winning with 196 points.


NHFC Chairman Paul Curtain pictured with Glenorchy FC President Colin Gardner.
Glenorchy had won it the year before.


2007 George Watt Medal Winner

Michael Hall won the George Watt Medal for Reserves Best and Fairest in the Premier League.
Ben Van Kraanen won the Reserves Leading Goalkicker award with 52 goals while Dillon Davie won the Under 19's Leading Goalkicker award with 55 goals.

Brendon Bolton won the 2003 Horrie Gorringe medal for Senior Best and Fairest in the Premier League.

2003 Weller Arnold Medal winner

Our 2003 captain/coach Brendon Bolton won the Weller Arnold Medal for best on ground for the South in the annual Casino Challenge Cup match held this year at North Hobart Oval.

In 2002 the Weller Arnold medal was received by a North Hobart player Luke Curtain.

In 2001 veteran midfielder Steven Woods won the Weller Arnold medal for Best Player in an Intrastate game when the South played the North at York Park.
